Delivery
The report is published as a printed hard copy book which is forwarded by standard post, and an interactive online database accessible via the APESMA website. The report is not published in an emailable or downloadable soft copy format.

The printed copy of the survey report, plus written notification of the username and password details to access the online version will normally be posted by standard mail within 2 working days of your order being received. Contact the Surveys Unit if faster postage at additional cost is required.

Tax invoice
A receipt/tax invoice for GST purposes will be supplied with your report, regardless of your chosen method of payment.

Members
Please note, as per the terms & conditions of sale, the purchase of the survey report at the members' only price restricts use of the printed report and the username/password for online access to the purchaser (member) only.

Members cannot purchase the survey report at the members' only price on behalf of their employer or any other organisation. All organisations must complete the relevant non-member form.

* If you are ordering from a country other than Australia, your order is exempt from GST, and an additional shipping fee of AU$10.00 per order applies.
** Members means individuals who are personally a member of either the Australian Computer Society (ACS) or the Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers, Australia (APESMA). Individuals of any of these groups may only purchase one (1) copy at the members' price - any subsequent purchases will be charged at the normal non-member rate.
