APESMA recently raised significant issues regarding the deficiencies in the Fifth Community Pharmacy Agreement being negotiated by the Pharmacy Guild of Australia. In particular, that it continues the dispensing model of practice for pharmacists and introduces a 15 cent subsidy, by taxpayers, for each prescription electronically transmitted from the doctor to the pharmacy.
